I think part of him turning his life around after getting kicked off the team at LSU was getting away from home and the people that brought him down. Not saying he isn’t a stronger person this many years later, but who knows.
WWL segment on him from last year

Unfortunately what he talks about at the end has come far too soon.

RIP
I wasn’t aware this thread was limited to BR. Yes, in BR there probably aren’t any better options.

More likely though the guy lost it and doesn’t even know he had the winning ticket

I’m willing to bet if the winner did in fact lose the ticket, they at least have some doubts. They know the town and store that the ticket was purchased.
Ruth’s Chris. So many better options out there and some at a much better price point as well.

Would you like to make sure I have insurance sir? No. No problem. I'll just write you this speeding ticket.

In their defense, they know if you have valid insurance before they even exit their unit so I’ve been told.

But yes that stretch used to be ridiculous.

Hasn’t the SEC not had divisions for basketball for the last 7 or 8 seasons?
US 61 through St. Charles Parish.

Either LSP or SCSO Sometimes has multiple units out there shooting radar between the spillway and 310 everytime I pass.

Belle terre has fallen off big time compared to what it was 10-15 years ago. I still enjoy it when I play it though and it has started to trend back in the right direction. They went through a period of downright awful ownership/management for a while. Ran off tons of good members.
Based on that I would definitely rule out BC&E.

There’s really not much to do in st James parish and while the people are nice, I’ve always found that unless you’re from there you will never truly fit in.

Laplace is awful, I know, I grew up there.

West Jeff has all the same cons of east Jeff/New Orleans and none of the pros.

St Charles, specifically the east bank, could be something to consider. It’s a quiet suburban area with mostly families, however, it wouldn’t be a long ride to work for you and it’s a quick drive into the city for fun. You still have to drive though everywhere though.

Has anyone ever made that commute before? I've been caught in 5:00pm traffic trying to get into NOLA, and it's pretty terrible.

It’s bad, but not THAT bad.
Mines at 16% of gross and I feel like that’s high. I couldnt imagine being 25%+
What are your hobbies? What do you like to do for fun? Do you like being around a lot of other people? Would you rather live in a smaller house with a lot to do nearby or bigger house in a suburban area. Those options can all provide very different lifestyles and you would surrounded by different types of people in each.

Me personally, I would choose F if I were in your situation.

My company switched to united health care and express scripts from Aetna a few years ago. Been quite the headache since.

I’m about to turn 30. Wife, kids, house, dogs, decent job. That being said I’m about to be back in school. Not happy with my current career situation.

Most of the people this article is talking about are probably claiming the EIC and getting back more than they paid, if they paid anything at all.

They sell game worn helmets at the sports shop by the stadium.
