re: Fished table rock?

Fished late spring and early summer. very diverse fishery. Smallmouth on deeper flats, bass early on a shad spawn and flipping the creeks for largemouth all in the same trip.

Bingo. Whether Pelini could have pulled it off or not, his coaching style or lack there of would never have been successful following Aranda’s coaching style.
re: Pelini was cussing out players on the sidelines like a drunken sailor

Most of these players were recruited by Aranda and coached in a completely different manner before this season. Cant expect them to take switching from a coach who treats you like a man and handles his businesses in private to a man who screams and cusses at you. Of course we all want to say we were treated that way. I was as an athlete but I sure as hell preferred being treated like I wasn’t an idiot all the time.
Thoughts on a native Titan 12 kayak

Picked up a used Native Titan 12. Any thoughts on it as an inshore platform vs other kayaks?

Facebook marketplace will get you lots of low offers and tons of window shoppers. I just sold a camper there and it did work.

Haleigh Bryant is the real deal! Elena Arenas is also going to be a huge contributor and will have all around capabilities. Olivia Dunn has had several injuries but is amazing if healthy. I don’t know the Brock kid. Probably the best recruiting class in LSU Gym history.
Terry just got live shrimp in Leeville.
Probably the most walk ones to compete for LSU since Jay got there.
Coast Guard boarded me in Leeville
Posted by bryancpg on 10/12/19 at 11:16 am
Coast guard boarded me in Leeville and I had everything I was supposed to have but my fire extinguisher wasn’t showing a charge so he wrote me up. The ticket doesn’t have much info on it and the state doesn’t have a law that says they have to be replaced so I hadn’t bothered to check mine in a while. They also take forever to inspect your boat and have a hard time keeping your boat safely out of traffics way and off of the bank.
Gunter and D’Antonio were the top in state performers and both had about a 5 year track record at LSU’s gym camp working and holding their own in the top group. Tops is a huge boon to in state kids and keeps LSU with a couple of really good just not world class athletes in reserve. Both kids have had injuries since getting to LSU. 20 years ago they would be contributing now with Jay’s recruiting it will be hard to break a lineup. Both would be solid contributors at a smaller college.
They can work at their home gyms or have limited self lead but supervised practices at the training facility of their school. Coaches are allowed to make technical corrections but not give assignments or structured times or activities. Your top programs have conditioning plans for athletes when they go home over the summer.
re: It's DD's 42nd year, will she finally win? What is realisitic outlook?
Posted by bryancpg on 1/4/19 at 12:20 pm to secfballfan
Next years recruiting class is much stronger than this year and they are depending on more unproven athletes this year. Would think they have a better chance in 2020. Hoping Jay and family are happy and stick in BR, thats probably more of a factor than DD. Either way they are top 4 and have a chance if the cards fall right.

If Rebecca stays healthy she could contribute on several events. Proud of her and excited for her to get an opportunity to compete as a Tiger!

Ferrer was good at Regionals but had a fall on bars. Didn’t see the other events. Still qualified easily.

Update on Rebecca D’Antonio. She just qualified to JO Nationals in 3rd place AA.
She’s a camp kid that has solid skills but trained at a gym with limited facilities. Stayed pretty beat up with injuries. Switched gyms a couple months ago and was able to get some great skills on video. Also an excellent student.
re: Could Troy Hurst out of St Helena play RB at LSU?
Posted by bryancpg on 2/27/17 at 11:36 am to salford227
lol I played there in 89 also and it was better back then than it was 4 or 5 years ago. I haven't been there the last 2 seasons but I think they're in better shape now.
re: Tennessee commit Cheyenne Labruzza cancels LSU visit, shuts down recruitment

Yea i'm not sure where any of this flipping talk came from. I still see the Tennessee license plate on the front of his truck in the school parking lot and none of the coaching staff has put out to much real talk. Class act kid! Hope he has a great career as a Vol.
re: Any Leeville fishing reports?

Fished Bayou Fer Blanc north and had 7 reds and 22 trout when the tide stopped moving. Points with current moving or drains with current. Some birds in the marsh with small trout and hard heads under them.
