Santa Fe and Albuquerque are easily combined. No more than a day in a half in ABQ unless using as launching point for things like Cloud City, Valles Caldera, Sandia Peak, and the nearby National Monuments. Spend the rest in Santa Fe.

PHX is worthwhile for a week, especially depending on the sports season.

Sedona

This right here, especially if someone has never been out there. Me and my wife spent a week in the area back in October and IMO words don’t do it justice. That was our first time out West and it really opened our eyes, not only with the natural beauty, also on how things can be outside of SE Louisiana.

I've already been to Zion, Bryce canyon, Arches, Canyonlands, Monument Valley, and Lake Powell. Sedona can't be much different from those right?

I can’t compare those, Grand Canyon National Park is as far north as we went. I do know that part of Arizona was like a different world for a couple people from Louisiana that had never been out there.

What do you like to do? If you want an outdoors vacation, Sedona. It’s really pretty and full of trails. It’s also full of people and traffic. if you want a walkable downtown with good restaurants and art, do Santa Fe. I’ve never spent time in Phoenix so I can’t opine on that, but it’s obviously much bigger than and much more to do than the other two.

Tell us the types of things you are interested in doing, those are all fun cities, but each have their own vibe

For example….

Santa Fe has lots of art boutiques, coffeeshops, good restaurants, and is home to a very large gay population so it’s relatively safe

Scottsdale has a lot of high-end restaurants and expensive clothing stores to go shopping if that’s your thing. Golfing there is also top notch.
