What's a place you want to visit in a s***hole country?

Somehow got sucked into this Turkish dude's YT channel and he has a bunch of videos visiting shitty countries. Skardu, Pakistan looks like a beautiful place and would probably be a tourist hotspot if it weren't in Pakistan.

I don't think that anyone implied that it was. OP simply said that a Turkish dude went to a legit shithole (Pakistan).
OP's Pakistani place looks beautiful, but I can see similar/better views in Alaska and not worry about being shot for being an infidel. No thanks.
Some of the African pics posted can't be replicated elsewhere.

And to hijack on the Victoria Falls suggestion (South Africa), the Rovos Rail trainline passes through that area and quite a few others. Beautiful, but there are tons of other beautiful views/trainlines that I'll shop elsewhere:

The coast off of Cape Town, Southern African grasslands, The Holy Land, Moscow and St Petersburg. Also North Korea just because of how insane it is over there.
