Again though this is repeated over and over, few things in life you couldn't say the same about.
The only hard part about taking a 2 or 3 year old to Disney is if you have older kids that don't nap. But as said also, even a 6-8 year old that doesn't normally nap will often want a nap in a stroller or bench or ride at disney because between the walking and the excitement they get wore out.

There is literally nowhere on the planet that specializes in vacations for families with a 3 year old more than Disney.

This is from a trip with my daughter when she was three. Tons of great memories and photos from that age.

To expand here- my daughter was born on lundi gras, so her birthday is always around Mardi gras.
We went as she just turned 3 and then again the following year (Covid so 50% capacity).

First, if I lived near Orlando or LA, or relatively close (less than 4 hour drive) to a Disney park I'm sure I would go a lot.
That said, having been solo and with young kids, I think it comes down to this...people who like Disney go to Disney alot, whether kids/family are involved or not. If you are a big Disney fan and like amusement parks, you will probably enjoy it no matter how old your kid is. And if thats how you want to spend (a lot) of your money and vacation, go for it.
If you are not a huge Disney fan but want to take your kids/family for the experience, its probably best to wait until they are old enough to both remember the trip and make your trip easier.

Ive taken both my boys when they were younger than three.
THey both enjoyed it. As did we.
THat being said. WHat kind of trip? Is it a once in a childhood trip? Or is it one that youll do multiple times over the years.
If its a one time thing wait until they are either 40 or 42 inches so they can ride more rides. But if you plan on doing Disney more than once in their childhood go ahead and do it now.

We went to a wedding at Disney when my daughter was 14-15ish months old. She absolutely loved it and the memories that we made were worth every penny that I spent.
We wanted to take her back for her 3rd birthday but initially postponed due to COVID and not knowing much about Delta at the time. Going in February with her and our son who will be about 15 months old and I can't wait.
