Sonny's cheese steaks are way better IMO. Check out the beer garden next door while you're there. The F1 arcade is fun if you have time. Crab fries from chicky and Pete's is a must at some point.

I would do the Museum of the American Revolution. It's two blocks from the Liberty Bell and Independence Hall and you can do all three in one day. You can also check out things like Carpenters' Hall (where they held the first Continental Congress) on the stroll over.

I assume you are staying downtown? If so take the train to the game. It'll be full of fans.

When I go to bigger cities, I like to try ethnic foods you can't find down here, and, to me, cheesesteaks are just fine. I've tried all the places, and the meat is always just too bland.

There's a central Asian place called Silk Way that's really good. I'd definitely go back.

The Barnes is incredible. If you only have room for one museum, I guess it has to be the art museum but it might actually be the Barnes. It’s that good. The Rodin museum is also worth a quick visit. Three great art museums, all right there.

Written House Square
There is a farmers market in Rittenhouse on Saturdays that has a lot of good Amish and ethnic foods.

Shully River
you can rent bikes/self propelled bikes and ride for miles on the Schuylkill River Trail. Will be a ton of crews rowing on the river on the weekends. Highly recommend.

I second the Barnes and Rodin museum recommendations. I don’t think many people realize what Philly has re art that are so close to each other.

Another suggestion is the Mutter Museum. It’s a medical oddities museum, and was even featured in the circus season of American Horror Story. I’d also suggest the Penn Museum and Franklin Institute, especially if you have kids.

Grab some meats at Dibruno's market. Way cool. I stocked up last week.

Also consider some good Italian food. I had dinner at Ralph's last week and it was good, so is the Saloon on 7th.
