Never Santa Fe for me, just Red River.

When are you looking at going - I know NM is pretty locked down right now.

I went last year during a work trip. Neat little mountain. Sucks that they don’t have any mid mountain lifts to take back up to the top. You essentially ski top to bottom or mid to bottom. Lifts are slow too. But it’s still skiing!

It'll do, but New Mexico is the LAST place you'd want to travel right now. Insane restrictions.

We were planning a trip to Red River over the holidays but have put that on hold due to the Covid Restrictions in NM.

We plan on getting an airbnb on the mountain and just skiing, cooking, and hanging in the condo for the majority of the time. Had a friend that went over Thanksgiving break to visit family and had no issue other than nothing was really open.

We're doing the same. Rented an air bnb from day after xmas to new year. Plan is to ski and hike, cook at home, order takeout. We'll see.

I've been skiing in New Mexico several times. I really enjoyed it. Some of the heaviest snowfall I've ever been in was at Ski Apache. We rented an Airbnb and the wildlife was amazing there. We had deer that came to our porch every morning to be fed by humans, pretty cool experience.
