Have you looked into Cartagena as well? Some of the properties are a little inflated but the place is blowing up like crazy

Thanks for this information! My fiancé and I will be going for our honeymoon in May. How many days would you recommend staying in Positano to get a good experience? I was thinking 3 night and an additional night in Capri but would love to hear your suggestion.

We plan on getting an airbnb on the mountain and just skiing, cooking, and hanging in the condo for the majority of the time. Had a friend that went over Thanksgiving break to visit family and had no issue other than nothing was really open.

What's the best advice for someone trying to get into real estate and have rental properties? What are some of the risk you often see? Some of the questions i should be asking? Any insight would be helpful.

Would def recommend spending a few days in Chiang Mai. Try khao soi, you can only get it in north thailand and it was delicious.
Plenty of places to eat, drink, and party (Zoe in yellow). Also, the sunday night market in Chiang Mai was one of the better market experiences IMO.
