NYC Airport Shuttle/Car

We have 5-6 of us going to NY soon and flying into Newark. I’ve always taken the train or a group shuttle. I need a ride to our actual hotel since it’ll be cold and I don’t feel like walking several blocks with kids and luggage.
Any suggestions?

Dial7. The price is set even if you hit gridlock traffic. Had an estimated $60 Uber black from LaGuardia to Midtown Manhattan end up costing $120 due to log jammed Friday afternoon traffic while the wait charges racked up. Vowed never to Uber from the airport again.

Where is the pickup for Dial 7 at LGA? Is it in the same place where Uber/Lyft pickup is?
