Looking for some advice on Nashville. Going to make an extended trip next year for LSU game. If you wanted to take in the different aspects of Nashville, Nightlife, music row, museums, etc.. where is the best place to stay considering the LSU game on that Saturday. A Hotel near Vandy stadium, Downtown or Music Row or they so close it really doesn't matter?

For about $500/night. Nashville hotels are more expensive than hotels in NY, LA, and Boston

Nashville is awesome.

Lots of great bars, lots of good food and the music talent is awesome in most bars.

Last time we were there, we rented an AirBnB in East Nashville and really enjoyed the location. It was a cheap Uber into downtown, and East Nashville has some great breweries/restaurants.bars to explore.

And it was much cheaper than a hotel.

Hilton downtown is prime location to bars, Bridge going to Titans stadium where people go to walk/photos, Bridgestone arena, etc. Take hop on hop off tour bus if you have time. Daughter lives there . Going this weekend . Love that damn town

My friend Erin doesn't recommend the Marriott near the stadium if that helps.

Check out the Hampton Inn on Korean Veterans Blvd. It is three, maybe four blocks from most of the major attractions downtown (CMHoF, Ryman, Bridgestone, etc.). As someone else said, Music Row doesn't really have anything to see anymore - once the Hall moved to Lower Broad, all of the other little tourist attractions closed up shop. Music Row and Music Square are just publishing houses and record company offices.
