Restaurant reservations open up 60 days in advance.ake reservations the very same morning it opens up. Especially Ohana. Both me and my travel agent tried to get reservations for 02/28 for Ohana the moment it opened it it ended up being booked. The only time they had available that whole week was March 4th at like 3:55.

There is a mouse dining website that you can enter alerts and they will let you know if a time you enter becomes free for you to immediately go into the Disney app to try and book.

After discussion with the rest of the group, we decided on:

One other recommendation I forgot to include is Oga’s Cantina at Hollywood Studios. No real food selections but good place to take a break and get something to drink but you will need a reservation.

San Angel Inn - World Showcase: Mexico

La Hacienda de San Angel is 2x as good, and just across the walking path from Mexico

Definitely a fun time for Star Wars fans but it's expensive. The drinks are a good novelty though. Creative and well thought out and the service there for us has always been fantastic. They limit how long you can stay there so if you drink relatively fast and get the chips as a snack, two rounds each (for two ppl), you're well over $100

Like my take on most things Disney World, it’s more about the experience for my crew so we bypassed the snacks and went with the odd non-alcoholic drinks and kept it around half that for 4. Like my recommendation for San Angel Inn...you can get good Mexican food anywhere but you aren’t going to get that atmosphere anywhere else, so it’s become one of our favorites.

The Boathouse- Disney Springs

Sci-Fi Dine In Theatre - Hollywood Studios

Via Napoli - World Showcase: Italy

Beaches and Cream - Yacht Club

San Angel Inn - World Showcase: Mexico

Ohana - Poly

Thats a very good list, with the exception of San Angel Inn. You can do better than that in Mexico paviliion.

In case you need some alternatives.

Yachtsman is a much better steakhouse than Le Cellier

Homecomin is a good Disney Springs Option

California Grill during fireworks is hard to beat.

After Epcot closes sit outside on the boardwalk and have drinks at the Abracadabar. Great people watching spot.

I've been many times over the past 15 years and tried just about everything. The list below may seem pretty boring, but it has been the most consistently good food. A lot of the restaurants with excellent reviews at Disney probably wouldn't make it in Baton Rouge. They are all over-priced.

Magic Kingdom - Liberty Tree. Columbia Harbor House is a good quick-service option.
EPCOT International - La Hacienda (sad, but the "international" food is pretty underwhelming)
EPCOT Future - Garden Grill
Animal Kingdom - Flame Tree BBQ (EXCELLENT place to rest with a beer)
Hollywood Studios - 50's Prime Time Cafe
Disney Springs - Chef Art Smith's
Boardwalk - Flying Fish
Resorts - California Grill (very expensive, but actually worth it)

I have been there probably 20 times over the past 30 years. Here are our must stops we go almost every time because we like them and like them with small kids. Actually going next week for the first time since 2017. Here are some of the ones we like

Columbia Harbor House - Magic Kingdom right next to Haunted Mansion. Better fish and chips than in the United Kingdom - Epcot - World Showcase

Pacos Bill - Magic Kingdom in Frontier land

Flame Tree BBQ - Animal Kingdom

American Pavilion - Epcot - Standard BBQ and burgers. Lots of space and good food.

ABC Commissary - Disney Studios - Great please, its busy but there is plenty of space

Liberty Tree Tavern - basically thanksgiving dinner family style.

Crystal Palace for breakfast - Winnie the Pooh characters, good food will make omelets and stuff to order on the buffett.

Chief Micky - Contemporary Hotel - for dinner is much better than for breakfast.

Whispering Canyon Café is another good one in Wilderness Lodge if you like BBQ.

The Garden Grill was suggested for breakfast, I think the dinner is much better. Family style and some of the best salads you will ever have at Disney.

San Angel Inn Restaurante is a great sit down, dark and actually very quiet considering. But, the food is traditional Mexican, not Tex-Mex which most Americans like. My wife hates San Angel Inn but loves La Cantina de San Angel (quick service Tex-Mex right outside of the pavilion). Just keep that in mind.

Sci-Fi - Disney Studios (This might not be good for a baby or seven year old). It is unique and the food is traditional American. Not sure the atmosphere would interest a 7 year old for long.

House of Blues - was ok for adults food wise, but the Gospel Singing is really good

Splitsville - Disney Springs. This is great. Its bowling, pizza, Icees and the food is really good. We have been bringing our kids here since it opened. They are now all teenagers and still love the bowling, pizza and icees.

I had the same concerns but my kids loved it. They loved the movie clips and commercials.

None of the following require reservations as they are all quick service options, but to me are better than most table restaurants:
Polite Pig in Disney Springs. Good bbq and beer.
Satuli Canteen in Animal Kingdom.
Sleepy Hollow in Magic Kingdom. I love the Nutella fruit waffle for breakfast.
Hollywood Studios is lacking food wise, but I’d say ABC Commissary is the best option for a meal. I escape while the wife and daughter watch the Muppet Show to Baseline Tap House and grab a large pretzel and beer flight.
D’Luxe Burger in Disney Springs is pretty good too.
Our favorite “sit down” restaurant last time was Grand Floridian Cafe. They had good brunch options and a surf and turf burger with lobster that was delicious.
We also took a short trip off the resort area to Icon Park 5 minutes away and had a very good meal at The Yard House. Awesome tap list and very good appetizers.

Me and the gf just got back today (no kids), it was our first time going so we elected to just eat grab and go food so we wouldn’t lose time and miss anything….bad decision. All the grab and go stuff is absolute trash. But I get it, There’s so many people that the goal at those places is speed not quality. The only decent place we had like that was the fire tree in animal kingdom, pretty good ribs for the amount of time It took to make them.

We were able to get a last second reservation in Morocco in Epcot at The Spicy Road which was very good. The lamb and spicy shrimp were on point

And we completed the drinking around the world challenge

In Disney this week. Just had Deluxe Burger in Disney Springs. Very good. Think Five Guys with much less grease.

Ate at the Plaza in MK and it was not good at all do not recommend. Frankly it was terrible. How do you screw up a club sandwich?

Just tried the the Regal Eagle Smoke House in Epcot American Adventure and it was extremely good. Had the half chicken and max and cheese. Excellent. Have great garlic toast as well.

Yes for the odd snack, but that will not be here in March so I was not posting about them.
