Just booked Emirates business class JFK to Milan

Holy shite do they take care of you. Complimentary limo service to and from the airport and a host of other amazing amenities.
We haven't fleshed out Italy yet but it's going to be a northern trip with the Dolomites and the Aosta Vally as part of the trip.

I didn't realize they had a 5th Freedom flight from NYC to MXP.

EK is the only one of the ME3 I have yet to fly on. Really enjoyed my time on Qatar’s QSuites and Etihad Business. Need to make an excuse to get on one of the 5th freedom flights via already booked on AF, BA and KL for my trips this year

Yeah, it was points. Bummer about the limo. It's listed under the perks of traveling still and there wasn't a discinction made. I can live without it as it would only be needed once.

348000 Amex points for two round trip tickets. AA wanted 135000 a person each way and Delta was even more ridiculous. These flights cost 87000 points per person each way.

Yes, booked on Emirates site. You'll need to be flexible with dates. The total miles I saw varied from 348k round trip for two to 570k. It also seemed to change every time I logged in to do the search. Amex points took about 15 minutes to transfer which was nice.

I flew Emirates business class on a 5 hour flight from Dubai to Istanbul I think. The seat had around 6-8 different massage settings. That was impressive.

Booked this flight for next summer few weeks ago. They switched to the triple 7 starting in October. This is now the 3rd time I’ve had plans to fly a380 and it’s fallen through.
