Roatan impressed me with how nice and built up it is. Was there a couple of weeks ago. Will 100% go back maybe next year.
Isla is my favorite but Roatan had incredible snorkeling and beaches. Day at french key was awesome too

Bacalar. It's amazing too. Locals in Mexico told me about it is where they like to vacation at.

I stayed at Casa de Jaguar last year and loved it. It was much cheaper to book through the hotel's website than on Booking or a similar site. It is right on Playa Norte.
