If it is, does this mean that restaurants are closed?

I saw the other thread before it got whacked. Dispensaries are essential

The Denver Post does a great job with Covid coverage and paraphrasing the guidelines. I think restaurants have to operate with even further reduced capacity but remain open

Phase Orange in COS. Last phase before closing down restaurants. Allowing 50 people max in restaurants. Cut our business in half this weekend.

a guy I went to high school with had to close his new Cajun restaurant in Denver recently. The 25% capacity thing killed him and this was before the new protocols

What about ski resorts? Will they still be able to stay open?

I suspect they will fight like hell to remain opening. Outdoors, easy to social distance, masks were common before the pandemic.

There may be nowhere to eat or drink, but the lifts should be running.....I Hope.

Stay at home orders likely coming again, but regionally this time. Urban corridor will be the main region.

The Post had an article today about stay at home. It said the reason we haven't had it and may not have it is there isn't any money left for it. The stimulus and fed enhanced unemployment last time enabled it.

Honestly, who the frick knows what they are going to do. If the hospitals start to fill up they will have to do something.

Looks like we now have phase 0.

Heading up to Wyoming on Friday and might not come back.

This is why I’m hesitant to book our Mardi Gras trip

Do you know if Winter Park is shut down? We were suppose to snowmobile one day there, may just cancel our Denver rooms and stay there for the weekend if there is other shite to do and restaurants open.

Family flew into Denver a few days ago. Spent time in Breck. No problems...folks skiing...town isn't shuttered, but it will be if folks don't travel.

I would look at more conservative states, that are less likely to shut down. And resorts that aren’t owned by Vail.

But who knows at this point.

Looks like Grand county is not on the list I’m seeing of who is moving to red, so you could be okay. Just get on the ground and gtfo out of Denver. Granted, you should do that every time you come here anyway.

Where do you see the map of the counties. We’re flying into GJ and staying in Snowmass. Do you know if they are in a “red” county

LINK

quote:

Adams and Pueblo counties have case incidences, positivity rates and hospitalization numbers that qualify for Level Red. Seven counties — Denver, Douglas, Arapahoe, El Paso, Jefferson, Larimer and Mesa — have cases and hospitalizations in the red. And eight counties — Costilla, Grand, Kit Carson, Morgan, Prowers, Saguache, Washington and Weld — have cases and positivity rates that meet the threshold for Level Red.

Doesn’t look like pitkin made the first 15.
