Yeah me too. The rest of my group ended up finding some tickets to D.C. Then will have to figure out how/when to get back to Nola from there.

Thanks. I think that extra flight resulted in two of them getting out that otherwise wouldn't have.

Irma is a mean arse storm, I am due to fly out of Miami on the 16th but if this hit's southern Miami I am not sure. I would not hold your breath for the T&C vacations even two months from now., and who knows what Jose will do.

Son is suppose to fly out of Tampa on SWA Saturday flight 2527 9:15a departure. Where is the inbound flight coming from. Concerned about a cancellation leaving him stranded because everything is sold out from Thursday through Saturday evening. Thanks for any help in advance cuse.

Cuse is your man to answer this, mine is an outbound to Curacao.

It looks like the inbound changes since TPA is essentially a hub for southwest. Past two weekends that flight has come in on friday night.

You should be okay as long as the MIA airport survives. If you have to, theres the flight through charlotte in the morning to curacao

Not sure if I can get a flight out of Tulsa early enough to make it there unless I fly a day early.

It must be a saturday or saturday/sunday service only. Checked flightaware for today and there aren't any nonstop tul-mia flights yesterday, today, or tomorrow. In any case, keep an eye out for where the storm ends up

It's a Saturday flight, I will see what Irma does and what Jose is projected to do, obviously if my trip gets messed up there are bigger concerns for people. I am thanking American for messing up my Anguilla trip right now though.

American

Found your problem . Had way too many trips screwed up by them last year into January, switched to delta and it's been much better. The problem I've had with AA is their IRROPS handling, their agents did nothing to help and didn't know what they could/couldn't do "according to the rules" or "their supervisor".

ETA: These are the flights you'll want as backups.

Friday Sept 15
4:32 PM – 8:00 PM
Tulsa (TUL) – Charlotte (CLT)
American 5507 · Canadair RJ 900

Saturday Sept 16
9:25 AM – 1:38 PM
Charlotte (CLT) – Curaçao (CUR)
American 708 · Airbus A319

Another probably stupid question about waivers. Would a Delta waiver also work for Virgin Atlantic? When I filter by only Delta flights, Virgin Atlantic shows up also, and I know Delta owns like half of them and they split transatlantic flights.

Depends on who ticketed your flight.
