We have never had a bad meal at Coral Reef either. It's in the rotation for about every third visit. The only 2 places in EPCOT that we are 100% against eating at are Marrakesh and Chefs Of France. Chefs has had the same tired arse menu for what seems like 20 years now. The quality has gone downhill there for years. Super super bland food and absolutely horrid wait staff.

The pictures at Coral Reed remind me of Captain Ds food quality. I just can't spend $50 each on that garbage. But I know the kids would love it. We will probably pack them food each day in the cooler and eat where we want.

Last trip we did Tusker House and spent about $120 for a shitty buffet in Animal Kingdom and had to wait an hour to meet characters. I'm not doing that again.

I am too busy drinking to pay attention...

Honestly, the Mexican restaurant in the pyramid had some of the best damned Mexican food I have ever eaten (my understanding it is hit and miss).

Via Napoli is always a given.

Aker Haus (Norway) has a good breakfast.

le Cellier is damned good

I looked up reviews of Mexico in Epcot and the food is mixed but pictures don't look bad. I'll give it a whirl.

It’s worth a shot at least for margaritas.

You may like it ok. I keep giving it a go every so often cause I like that atmosphere.

The Mexican restaurant across from San Angel has way better food. It also has some pretty good views of the fireworks.

Biergarten is fantastic. The live show is great and the food is great.

You also might want to try Raglan Road at Disney Springs. Awesome menu and really cool performancea.

I'm in the minority, but I really enjoyed San Angel Inn. And though I don't remember much about Coral Reef, I don't remember it being a bad meal. I was very disappointed in Teppan Edo. Our local hibachis are much better (fried rice vs bland noodles). Haven't had Via Napoli but will probably hit it up on our next trip.

Thanks for the info. Going in Mardi Gras and will try San Angel. Coral Reef was OK last time we went.

I thought the Hibachi was solid. You have to add fried rice to your order but it was good. Both the chicken and steak were just like at home. Kids loved it.

Has anyone tried Frontera Cocina in Disney Springs? We did Homecomin and it was good but wife wanted to try this place.

I prefer Yachtsman Steakhouse to Le Celier. Via Napoli is a FANTASTIC restaurant.

the Mexican restaurant along the boat ride was much better before they changed the menu years ago.

my sister and i would always take a napkin of chips onto the boat ride while my parents stayed at the table. it always smelled so danged good in that area.
