Headed to Denver this week for a 3 night/2 day trip. I know that wont give us a lot of time so looking for recs for a group of late twenties dudes to do.
Staying downtown in the LoDo neighborhood. Plan on getting a nearby hike in and of course visit some breweries/dispensaries.

Check the schedule at Red Rocks. If you go, hire a driver.

For the best bang for your hike- take 36 a half hour to Boulder take a left on Baseline as you enter town and drive up to Chatauqua Park. You can take many different trails from there. And then hit the bars on Pearl Street. LODO is packed with so many options it’s impossible not to find something that fits in the first hour. The restaurant options are great in both places as well.

Not sure when you’ll be here... but the Rockies games are pretty fun. I always sit near the rooftop bar, close to the Silver Bullet Bar. It’s one big party. Sections are in the 300’s, 306 ish area.
Breweries: are you wanting tours or just good beer? Denver has so many. Just go to RINO and you’ll run into over a dozen.
If you’re staying in LoDo then you can walk to all of the bars. View house, Lodos, Hayters, Jackson’s, etc...
Closest hikes to Denver? Not sure. I would go near boulder or golden though. Close is a relative term.

Flying out this Thursday and leaving Sunday so three night/two day trip.
Looked into a baseball game but Rockies are away this weekend. I know we’re doing the obligatory Coors trip but hoping to make my way to Great Divide and Epic breweries.
Any recs on nightlife? Or is it more chill/bar scene?

Ah yes, right near SoDoSoPa.
But really - check out Osteria Marco on 16th and Larimer. Great cocktails and food.

Get to Coors early to avoid the line that will start out front. Snag a burger at bobs atomic burgers on the way out. Go walk up and down Washington ave in Golden for 30 ish minutes. New Terrain brewing co in Golden is also pretty dope.
LoDo is pretty rowdy...i am 30 so don’t go there that much. But the ones I named in my first post are all 2-3 story bars with huge rooftops. Get there early to avoid the line. Maybe call ahead and get a table for bottle service or something. They rage. Plus there are a ton of others around the area you can pop into.
Worth mentioning to head over to LoHi(lower highlands) and grabbing a cocktail at Avanti on the roof(maybe around 7:30-8:30pm) as a night starter then head to LoDo. Avanti has great unobstructed views of the city.

If you have time drive up to RMNP. It's worth it.

Just got back last week from Denver. Stayed downtown near the capitol. Hiked Mt. Evans which was a bit of a drive but was able to pretty much walk everywhere else.
I recommend trying the wings at Walter Pizzeria and Publik House....
Also: They have Pliny the Elder on Tap. Fresh. Pliny. The Elder. On Tap.
Falling Rock Taphouse across from Coors Field had hundreds of beers as well. Their chow gave me the liqui-shits within an hour though. Still...beer.

I've done bachelor parties there a few times, some things I remember:
-Rioja for a large dinner
-Denver Recreational Dispensary
-RINO beer garden
-Shotgun Willie's

Agreed. Even after Shotgun's remodel, Diamond is still better with better quality women.
