Plane scheduled to land at Terminal E at 1:55
Connection Departs Terminal D (supposedly) at 2:45

What are my chances?

I had signed up for an earlier flight, but it got changed by the airline for some reason. I didn't notice until a couple days ago, and by then there was no room on an earlier flight. Plenty of flights into LAS from DFW, but I have a schedule to keep, dammit.

50 minutes shouldn't be a problem even changing terminals.

Track your flight here. Click on track inbound plane and you'll see the planes doing Ft Wayne, IN to Dallas to BTR

Easy, peasy. 30 minutes between flights is plenty at DFW. Which airline?

OJ made it, and his suitcase didn’t even have wheels.

Should be fine...but flights schedules at DFW are subject to change with the wind....or a slight drizzle...or just for the hell of it.

First flight of the day is getting into DFW 20 min early, OP should be fine.

Flightaware

Oh, I also forgot to mention that you can be added to the standby list for earlier flights for free on AA. So if Lucky gets to BTR early, there's a flight at 1042am he can try and get on. Actually, there's one seat available on the 1042am... He could try and change for free

Answer: Lucky did NOT make it because the flight out of BTR was delayed More than 30 minutes leaving me no chance of making it.

Not a goddamn thing making it to Las Vegas later tonight through Dallas or anywhere.

Booked a flight for tomorrow with the same 50 minute window.

I’m more than angry.

This is a very busy weekend in LV, so I’m not going to be hanging around DFW hoping for a standby spot to open up all day.

**Departure time moved from 12:22 to 1:14.

IDK what the delay was for, but SkyWest is having a lot of issues with crew availability right now.

PSA to all: check who your flights are operated by as SkyWest flys for AA, United, delta, and Alaska.

Update #2

Made it to DFW from BTR on time. Then sat on tarmac for 20 minutes waiting for a gate to open. I was about to stroke out because I had a 50 minute window. It was down to 25 b the time plane got to the gate. Flight attendants had everyone remain seated while those of us with tight connections exited the plane. I made it with about 10 minutes to spare.

50 minutes is plenty of time. Do it all the time. Things get dicey around the 20 -25 spot,

I flew over the weekend. One passenger did not make the connection but his bags did. So we sat an extra 20 minutes at the gate so his bags could be removed. LOLOL. Seems easier to just let him on the plane.
