Yes, but only as a way point on the way to Zagreb and returning from Dubrovnic.
I've been to Frankfurt, but it's been 35 years. Rhine river cruise or drive: Koblenz, Bingen, Mainz, Worms, Heidelberg, Worms, Baden-Baden

Frankfurt kinda blows, don't bother. I've flown that Condor flight in their "Business" and premium economy, it's not bad. Good value for a jumping off point to other European destinations.

It is a seat on a plane to Europe and that is how you need to look at it. It is getting to be time when they will start dropping the prices for August-September service. With the connecting flights from Frankfurt, you can get to a lot of places pretty cheap.
I have flown both economy and premium. Premium has about 3" more leg room. But I am not a tall person so it doesn't bother me that much.

Exact same response for me (even those cities oddly )
We paid a few extra bucks for the exit row seats and the additional leg room was way worth it. No issues on either flight to and from. We had a long layover in Frankfurt, so we hopped on the train into town and walked around a bit.

Frankfurt is not especially appealing.
There is a direct train from the Frankfurt airport that will take you to the central stations in Munich and Stuttgart.

We started our trip a year ago tomorrow. There for 18 days.
