Not sure if they still have a smoking rooms in ATL but all you had to do is walk in there and breath to get your smoking fix since the smoke in the air was so thick. .. Ah... those were the days.

Haven't been through there in 5 or 6 years, but they have carpeting in the concourses that makes you think you're dragging a log instead of a carryon.

I hated ATL too.
It seemed that I'd always arrive at D 109 and have to connect to C 442.

The only airport I truly hate in the US is Miami.
Newark is never a good experience but it’s not as poorly run as Miami.
The rest are all at least okay, with New Orleans being another sub-par one (though I haven’t been to the new terminal).
