Headed back to Vegas in a few weeks for the first time since February 2020. Pre-covid, I was spending several weeks a year in Vegas for trade shows and conferences, but I'm a little out of practice now.

Any new stuff out there worth checking out? Is David Spade funny enough to see in person? Any restaurants trending? I've seen most of the essential shows that have been around since 2020 or before.

I'll be there Friday thru Monday with Friday night and all day Saturday to myself thanks to flight savings outweighing the cost of a hotel room.

Im pretty much in the same boat and will be seeing mad apple on the next trip.

Without knowing what you have seen id say see all the spiegelworld shows if you havent already. I thought the atomic saloon one wasnt that great but the other two were.

Magic? Shin lim. Others i have liked were paranormal mind reading (4pm start which was a nice changeup) and mat franco.

I want to drive something fast on the soeed track also.

I saw Mat Franco on the list, but I honestly have never heard of him before, will check it out.

I saw that David Blaine is there, and also haven't seen Criss Angel... but there's a reason I haven't...but maybe it's something I should do to check it off?

My kids are obsessed with the Zak Bagans show, so I might do that and get some trinkets.

I have seen Absinthe and Opium (the bubble guy was amazing). I will also be by myself, so I'm maybe a little more comfortable seeing a comedy or magic show than something crazy.

If you are talking about the “haunted” house it sucked. You just walk into different rooms looking at crap.

Ill def check out david blaine on my next trip later in the year. Ill be there next week but he dont start till the end of the month. I thought criss angel wasnt that good.

Also if you havent seen a ufc event live check one out. Alot of fun.

Hells Kitchen was the best meal I ever had. I really enjoyed Carrottop and titanic exhibit at the Luxor

He's still alive? And performing?

I saw him back in '89 or '90 at the University Center at Southeastern Univ.

Went in April for nfl draft. Stayed at the cosmopolitan and it was possibly the nicest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Had a meal @ bellagio prime steak. It’s pricey but insanely good.

Went in march, had really good meals at Momofuku and Bouchon. Bacchanal buffet was just ok.

Don't go here. It's like going to a nicer version of Chili's or Applebee's. Complete waste of a meal in one of America's best restaurant cities.

I'm going in a few weeks and have reservations at the places below:

Best Friend
Momofuku
Beauty and Essex
Nobu

Just went about a month ago. Posted these same recs in another recent thread…

Check out the skybar at the Waldorf Astoria. Went last week for pre-dinner drinks and the view was fantastic. We also ate at momofuku at the cosmo which was great. Also, check out tacos el gordo, it’s past the Wynn/encore (almost across from resort world). It’s a locals/casual place and it was phenomenal.

Mad apple was a good show

How are the adult only pools, any suggestions, not for the “party crowd” just don’t want to deal with kids running around if we are leaving ours at home.
