Ecuador, Columbia and the Galapagos for me. Also, wrong board.
ETA: there were bad areas the cops wouldn’t even go in, but they had armored officers around the perimeter and told you which areas to make your route.

I liked international travel when you can change your money in the airport and buy a fine looking newspaper... But then you actually have to follow through with the traveling crap and itusually goes downhill from there

I've been to Argentina, through Patagonia and to Peru (Machu Picchu)
I still want to go to Ecuador and the Galapagos Islands.

Peru
Lima, Cusco & Machu Picchu
Ecuador
Quito & Cuenca
I could easily live in Ecuador. Large ex-pat community, American Dollar is the currency, beautiful country & weather, easy flights into NOLA via COPA.

Spent three weeks in Ecuador. Great mountain hiking, jungles are pristine, and the Galápagos Islands are really unique.
With two exceptions, I’ve been to every country in this hemisphere from Ecuador up.
Costa Rica is the top pick.

Spent 6 months in Rio for work. Loved it and would go back in a heartbeat.
The women are everything you’ve ever heard about and then some. Wow.

Considering Costa Rica is in Central America, I'm not sure what you're voting on. That being said Costa Rica is very nice.
I have flown into and briefly stayed in Guayaquil, Ecuador before boarding a ship to the Galapagos. HATED Guayaquil but loved the Galapagos.

Argentina/Chile. Basically the European part of South America. Beautiful everything (beaches, mountains, women, landscape, women, wildlife, women)

I have been to Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, Ecuador, Peru, and Bolivia .
Ask me any questions but I probably prefer Peru and Bolivia the best, the salt flats of Bolivia are unbelievable

Serious answer, what do you look to do in foreign travel when in a wheel chair? I'd think you'd want to stay in the big nice cities where you'd have better mobility like Rio, Buenos Aires, etc.
