Updated both FTV boxes today to Kodi 17.1. I also added the NES and SNES games but here's my problem
I see that you can pair a PS3 remote with the FTV box but it needs to be rooted. I'm running version 5.2.4.0 and I am reading that the FTV needs to be rooted to run the settings app that will allow the PS# remote to pair to the FTV.
Is there a way to root this version? I can't find anything on it.

I just downloaded Kodi with Krypton, what do I need next to watch live sports?

The build I posted above will have all the sports addons I believe

Will have to try, right now only Exodus on mine

JackD, have you tried the new build or are you still using Fury with Zen?
I'm still using Fury and like it, but the new one looks clean and it has all the sports add ons already. Debating on giving it a try, but I'm not disappointed with the current one.

I installed infusion last night and was not crazy about it tbh... had way too much trouble navigating and finding nick jr shows for my boy. I went back to fury, which is much more user friendly, IMO.

Anybody installed the Infusion Build recently?
Tried to download it today it's S L O W. I'm getting 50 MBps on Speedtest and it's downloading at a max rate of 40 KBps. Very annoying and can't get it to install. I wanted to try out the build as it looks very slick. Just been using the base Kodi 17 skin and Exodus.
Any suggestions? From what I've seen of the fury build, it's not as clean as this Infusion build seemed to be.

It took over 2 hours to download for me

It keeps crashing while I download it through Kodi. Pissing me off.
Might just try out another build for now. Don't really use a lot of add-ones so not a big deal to remove and do again. Just trying to make the interface cleaner.

I'm cutting the cord on some of my rental properties. In your opinion, what is the easiest platform to use. Some of my guests are older.

Thanks, downloaded it last night and love it. Just can't get sportsdevil to work for some reason

Anybody get good live sports on KOdi? I have Sportsdevil and Pro Sport but rarely get a solid stream or none at all.

Sportsdevil won't load and ProSports won't play for longer than 2 minutes

They have some bad streams. You might need to look into Iptv with a subscription to get something reliable. Do your research though because there are some paid IPTV subs that still have shite streams due to the amount of channels they offer.
