No, not yet. I sent my $99 deposit in a few months ago, waiting to hear from them.
For some of you, Starlink will be no big deal. You may be getting faster speeds with your existing ISP.
Out here in the boonies, where I prefer to live, my only option is sat. Right now I'm on HughesNet. Sucks, but it's service I guess.
Starlink will be bringing me at least into the 21st century. I'm not a gamer, but I do like to stream Netflix (can't do much of that with HughesNet) and other things on Roku.
Waiting patiently.

Same here. We are latitude 33.3 just north of McKinney, TX. I heard someone in Sherman, TX received their order.

Hopefully you aren't a salesman for Starlink. Elon would fire you if you were.

That is my biggest concern when I get it later this year.

Direct tv and other tv providers have satellites that are 20000 miles above earth. Starlink orbits at around 400 miles above earth. They are expected to handle rain better.

From what I've seen, even heavy snow has minimal effect on the signal. That being said, I think having internet is better than not having internet since starlink is catering to those who have none to minimal internet access.

Just moved into an area where this is one of my options and I cut the cord years ago. Hopefully I can revert once I get starlink. Hughes net isn't worth a shite.

Hope Starlink turns out to be a really good service as our next move will be to rural east Tennessee.

Starlink type of service could be a game changer if these types of services work to bring quality internet to remote locations. I could see a lot of people moving totally away from the city/suburbs if the quality of internet to support their jobs was good enough. A lot of people working remote these days.

An option for those in the country but within ATT cell service area is ATT Fixed Wireless Internet. A box antenna on the roof gets Internet via cell tower.

Got it for some relatives who had barely any cell signal detectable by a phone, but it was enough for 20 mbps. Netflixing like city folk now.

The only advantage to the ATT fixed wireless is that it’s cheaper than Starlink. Starlink is way faster with no data caps.

Not to mention in a couple years you will be able to ping ANY server in less than 20-30 ms. They will be implementing lasers in the next batch of launches to almost instantaneously transmit to a satellite near your target server.

For example, if you live on the west coast and want to play on an east coast server, your ping will be significantly lower than someone else on let's say fiber.
