Just checked mine.. Ping is 2ms with 52 download and 25 upload... I have the 50/25 plan..

They've got that gig speed too. It's only $120 a month but you can get 1000mbps.

I think that his service is an outlier at this time. Myself and a few others I know have had less than stellar internet service from eatel recently. So much to the point where most times I will disconnect from the wifi on my phone because it will take forever to load a simple web page.
