Reminder: it's the season to lose packages or have it stolen.

Finally could get my hands on a ps5, gets shipped by Walmart earlier than I expect. I just so happen to work 7p-7a the week it's delivered.
Waited for FedEx til 6p, no show, so I went to work. Get a notification it's delivered and signed electronically by the driver. However they put it as "B.Tran"
Get home, package missing. Ask neighbors, since our mail mixes sometimes, nothing. Camera system doesn't show them in our cul de sac
Contact Walmart, they tell me I'm SOL because "someone signed it". Filed a missing package with my credit card and now waiting on them.

Oof. That's brutal. Hope your CC company makes it right. I wonder if the packaging made it obvious somehow. Fortunately, when I scored a PS5 from Best Buy a few months ago, they did in-store pickup only.

I had them hold my PS5 at local FedEx store for pickup when I got mine.Didnt trust those shady arse drivers.

I would complaint to FedEx and ask them to investigate that driver. That's surely not the first time he's pulled that.

This is why you have them hold the package at the facility for anything valuable. If you had done that you wouldn’t be in the mess you’re in now.

This is why you sign up your address for FedEx Delivery Manager and every package coming to your address via FedEx shows up. From there you can request to hold at facility or change other delivery options. UPS also has the same thing. I suggest you do that going forward because delivery drivers are not to be trusted.
