I ordered through Apple and still have 9/19 so hopefully that still holds true. I ordered the silver one and didn't realize it had a white front so I'm a little bummed about that but it's not the end of the world.

mine is in Lousiville as well scanned in and ready for departure today to receive it on the 19th. Picking it up at will call at 9:00AM

That makes me feel a bit better. I got home around 2:45 that night and tried to place an order. I was either too drunk or it didn't work for other reasons. First thing the next morning I tried again and it worked. Says it will here Oct 1-6. Pissed at myself, but it looks like I got in the second round anyway.

Her proximity sensor doesn't work and she talks on speakerphone because of it. I'd easily change it out, but this is the second screen set that it didn't work on. It was a destroyed 5c that a friend gave me, so she's never been super happy with it anyway. I want my mitts on the 6 more than she does, but she's looking forward to it as well.

Yeah, mine too. It's been a great phone. I think I will be getting my 6 the first week of October which is cool with me. I'm not in a huge rush. If I had a 4 or 4s, it may be a different story.

Looks like my iPhone 6 is expected to come in at 8pm tomorrow. At least my phone won't be sitting out on the porch all day but wish it would arrive around lunchtime

I got in that kind of line once. It was fun but it took forever. Never again. Much as I love Apple, I've got better things to do with my time--like sleep.
Besides, if you know what you're doing much simpler to get one on day or within a few days of relase.
