Looking for a new tv in my bedroom in a 65” flavor. Mostly dark time viewing so I’m going to try out a OLED. Apple TV for all content like Netflix, direct tv stream, my Plex server. Haven’t like HDR in the past (to dim) but it’s probably never on a proper TV/room setup. Never looked at anything in Doubly vision so no idea if I’d miss it on the Samsung. No games played on it.

What would y’all do, the tried n true C2 or try the S95B. Anyone had both?

Get the best of both worlds and look at the Sony A80K OLED in 65 and 77 sizes. Better processor that will upscale much better than LG and Samsung.

I’ll look at that one more too. I’d like the a95k but I wish it wasnt so expensive since a TV that is not used a ton.

I have a C2 65”. It was a huge upgraded from. Samsung QLED. It’s in a pretty bright room and it’s no problem.

I just pulled the trigger on a x90k 85 inch. I couldn't justify the extra expense for OLED, hope I don't regret it.

If they made the S95B in a 77", I'd have bought one for the living room. Even Sony went with Samsung QD-OLED panels for this year's flagship A95K.

Next year they should have bigger QD-OLED screens and I'm going to wait for those.

I wound up springing for the a95k. I wanted to be able to play around with DV and have the brighter screen. I have 60 days vía total tech if I get buyers remorse.

I bought the LG B2 65 from Costco this week. $400 cheaper than the C2 and the same price as the C1 but better specs on the things that mattered to me. $1299 with five year warranty was good enough for our needs.

I have the 77" LG C2 and it is soooooooooooooo much better than my 2013 Vizio M series 65"

When I was looking The C2 always came out on top. I was going to go B2 but I saw the C2 was a better TV and only a few hundred more. I keep my TVs a long time so I felt the extra cost was justified.
