Definitely user error. Some people just can't deal with tech. Especially older people like Cad. I see it every trip to Sam's with the kiosks and self check out. Such a shame.

Agree 100%. UI is awful and the temp sensor on the thermostat itself is a finicky POS. I got rid of mine after 8 months. All nests now. So much better.
