Is starlink available everywhere?

Considering moving to a house there there is no cable or Fiber/DSL.
I thought, well, Starlink is running and has been for a while, but when searching, it appears to not be available nationwide yet.
Any idea where to find a reliable source to look up availability by either address or zip code?

It’s not available at all addresses. Most of the country had it open up to them over the last year, but there is only limited space in each cell.

Thanks. That shows not available for the address I'm looking for.

Not showing anywhere in the south US. Hmm. Would have thought it would have been generally available by now.

I think they pulled back in places they previously allowed due to network limits.
They didn’t take access away or anything, but are waitlisting new customers.

Is it available at your current address? Way easier to move it into a restricted area than to get a new account in a restricted area.

I gave my system to my in laws recently and it said the same thing. I changed the address in the app and it connected right away.

Try to sign up or get on the waiting list regardless.
I have the business version as as secondary circuit at the office and the area is showing unavailable on that map.

I've read a couple of articles on how you can get starlink immediately if you're on the waitlist and both ways have drawbacks.
You can sign up for the RV service and receive it immediately. The downside here is they give priority to non RV accounts during peak traffic and they'll throttle the RV service to open bandwidth. There's not any reporting on how often this happens.
The second, find someone who is in a non waitlist area and have it delivered to them. They can then ship it to you. But starlink can discover who is doing this, and they can at any time shut your service down if you're using your equipment in a different area than what you signed up for. They have not done this that I've seen, but you could eventually have useless equipment.
I'm currently on the waitlist for Starlink.

Just an idea… can you get the Starlink RV subscription and use it at your home?

They limit the amount of users in certain areas to maintain good reliable speeds to the users they currently have.
They are testing a new rocket that's supposed to be able to launch more satellites at a time, and that's supposed to start later this year. I think they can only get like 8 up at a time, and the new rocket is supposed to hold 30-40 at a time.
The new facility near Austin is supposed to be starting production in January of next year. They are making the residential receiver panels. They aren't going to sell those panels until they get more satellites up. The fact that production should start early next year gives you an idea of when they expect to have the satellites up and ready to sell a ton of these panels to residential consumers.
