Downloading now. Apparently is supposed to really help the battery not drain as fast.

Sorry, didn't mean to call you out, but the iPhone updates roll out at once. That is the beauty of cutting the carriers out of the equation.

It's no problem.
I was remembering when I was briefly on Android and not everyone got the new Android OS update at once because of the different phones (Samsung, HTC, etc) and different carriers.
Well anyway, 11.1 is out and 11.2 is already in beta.

Downloaded as soon it showed up. I can see a slight improvement so far - though I was never having the battery drain issue. Just a lot of freezing and lagging. I've only had to restart the phone once since yesterday evening... that's a small victory, right?

11.1 public beta I am on is hot garbage with lagging issues. Can't wait to move to 11.2.

Lag seems to be gone from 11.2, need more testing on battery to see if drain is back.

This made my phone worse. The battery is complete shite. Freezes in apps, text messages, internet typing. Slow as a motherfricker. This fricking phone used to be so fast. frick you Apple.

My battery was fine until I installed this update last night. Now it drains fast as hell...
