Well when I researched Huawei camera on their flagship, it was only beat and also even in a lot of categories, by the Samsungs as well, so I assumed it would be solid.

People got scared by the no OIS but didn't realize the larger sensor.

Definitely good news so far on camera.

Of course. I said as much. But it shouldn't be functionality like you tried to argue earlier.

youre one of the smarter ones.

some people will drop $1000+ on an iphone 6s, when they can get the same storage and better specs with the Nexus 6p for $350 cheaper.

So is the industry slowly moving away from wireless charging in lieu of faster wired charging?

i can support this. i have several QI chargers around the house but they are sloooooooooow compared to my legendary blackberry travel charger.

i'd be more than happy to forgo QI for a 10 minute charge that gives my phone 8 hours of life.

IN A frickING HEARTBEAT.

Chromecast is just sending what you're playing on your device (mobile or pc) to your tv through your wireless network. This requires apps that allow it though so it doesn't work with everything on your phone although it covers the essentials that most people use.

thats not entirely accurate. chromecast uses the phone to LAUNCH the apps that reside on the chromecast itself. after that, the phone is irrelevant unless you need to change channels, etc.

my wife had pandora going just yesterday and left. 6 hours later i walked in and the chromecast was still going strong.

now 'mirroring' feature which kinds sucks..uses the phone to display the screen and it eats up the battery.

I still like the cleanliness of qi charging. Like a majority of the population I'm sure, my phone is my alarm clock. I love having the tylt vu on my night stand and being able to just set the phone down at night and wake up to a charged phone.

And as for cabled fast-charging vs. wireless slow charging, why do we suddenly have to prefer one over the other? My Nexus 6 has both. The Turbo Charger it comes with will give me a good 6-7 hours on a 15-minute charge. We shouldn't act like we're getting some sort of valid trade-off by shaving a few minutes off the charge time.

People who haven't used it, don't understand how nice it is.

As I said in my earlier post, I would never have bought a Qi charger. Thought it was a sham. Now I will never own a phone without it.

I would rather pay more with a thicker phone than not have it.

They got rolled over the coals with the last Nexus because of the price hike so they found a way to trim the cost.

I used wireless charging with my n5 for about 6 months. I don't really care for it anymore

I'd rather have the turbo charging ability over wireless charging

But I'm trying to say... why can't we have both like the Nexus 6 has?! It's like saying, frick NFC, I'd rather have Bluetooth.

yea, seems like one could wake up, take a shower, brew a coffee and have a shite and bam the phone is charged completely for the day.

not sure the current appeal of leaving it on a charger over night.

then again, i dont understand the appeal of using windows phones either.

Ordered the 6p. 128 gb. Black.

Won't have it til mid November though. Going to try and see if I can break from iOS. Hard though pretty integrated and my friends and family are as well. Cracked my iPhone 6 last night so it'll be nice.

This is how I felt. It's so nice, especually at the office or while watching TV

I have the note 5 which has both. I probably would have rathered the nexus, but now I'm hooked to the wireless and fast charging

I bought the tylt vu for my nexus five and it felt like the phone was about to catch on fire every time I charged it so I quit using it

FYI, Project Fi is allowing you to finance the new phones for same price over 24 months, 32GB N6P is $20 a month.
