I have had a firetv on my tv in the living room for several years. I have a version of Exodus on it (installed within the last year) that works like a champ. I use real debrid and ipvanish and whatever i want to watch starts playing very quickly with no buffering, etc.

I recently moved my old fire tv to the bedroom tv and it is working great with no problems. I just bought a new fire cube to use on the living room tv. I installed kodi and exodus on to the fire cube but I can't get any tv shows to play at all and occasionally it will play a movie but it takes forever to find a working link. I have tried installing the new Exodus Redux and Exodus 8.0 and both do the same crappy job. I have real debrid and ipvanish linked to this tv as well but it isn't helping.

Any idea how I can have Exodus working great on one system and terrible on the other? I tried to figure out what version of Exodus I have that is working so I could try to install that one on the firecube but I have been unable to find that info when I search through the app.

I am certainly not a techie and I know my way around this stuff just enough to aggravate the crap out of myself and make me question why I ever cut the cord to begin with! When it works the way it should it is awesome...but i am pulling my hair out trying to get this firecube set up.

Help please!

I would check your WiFi connection first then I would maybe try to reinstall it completely.

I don't think I was clear on what the problem is. It doesn't seem to be due to slow internet...it pulls up the sources fairly quickly. It just never finds a source...it runs through all of them without ever playing. And I tried uninstalling and re-installing and nothing is helping.

Does anyone know where in the kodi or exodus apps I can find what version of exodus I am running on the system that is working flawlessly?

I bailed on Kodi for similar reasons, using Cinema APK now, very similar to Terrarium.

I don't know but is real debrid IP specific or device specific.

Cam you use the same real debrid on 2 different devices?

Thats a very good question and possible the root of my problem. I know little about real debrid other than it supposedly helps eliminate buffering by eliminating bad sources...or maybe that isn't even exactly what it does.

But it seems crazy that I would have to pay for multiple real debrid accounts...

This. I think the website is electrical MD or something like that. You can get updated versions of terrarium.

I'm surprised you can find anything on Exodus now. I had to switch to placenta to get links. Exodus used to be my go to though. Maybe you still have the old versions and now you got the new addon or something?

I use cinema hd but I think there is a new Exodus update that is working well.

Terrarium TV was great and will be missed.

Overeasy is an Exodus fork that works well. I have cinema but am not impressed with it. I can't find any streams on it I can't find on the Kodi addons and it's layout is clunky.

Last time I had this issue it was because I needed to just reauthorize the real-debrid account credentials.

I have had this issue switching between Covenant and Exodus as well. Seems like it only authorizes one app which doesn't make any sense, but that is what it seems like.

Did you turn on lambda scrapers? Because Redux and 8.0 don't work without them...
