If you can get Fiber, AT&T is worth the switch. If you can't get fiver, might as well stick with Cox or cut the cord because you need their internet.

Also, when I had AT&T several years ago, I left because they would also incrementally increase my bills (they'd at least wait until I was out of contract), routinely had buffering issues when watching TV, and would have to reset my uverse box 2-3 times a month.

Solid, reliable platform. YouTubetv has a better interface but it’s more expensive (especially if you’re an ATT unlimited cellphone customer).

I tried it for the free 7 days but it wasn’t for us, the guide/interface was a mess IMO.

Winner! Been having it for close to 2 years now. Works perfectly at home with my shitty 50mb service and when traveling on all my devices. $40/mos for 80 channels plus locals works for me.

I wonder how many in the thread don't understand that these are all different tv services:

At&t TV
At&t u-verse
At&t TV Now
Watch At&t

That sounds like "att tv now" and not "att tv". Two completely different products.

You are correct however Uverse is going away to just the AT&T TV which is the newest service. My package I believe is the AT&T Now which like I said has been working flawless.

I have it since June and like it so far. No problems using it with Charter internet. DVR is great except will only keep recordings for 90 days.

I can get fiber and I am talking about AT&T TV - streaming along with their DVR interface. I also have AT&T wireless so I think it discounts further.

The biggest thing with at&t TV that I am aware of is that the 2nd year price increase is drastic.
