Yep. Any new device purchase (Mac, iPhone, iPod touch, iPad, AppleTV) gets you a year of AppleTV+.

Just snagged one at the AT&T store on Ambassador in Laffy. They were surprised it rang up on sale. Probably setting them aside for themselves now!

I was in the market for an Apple TV but missed this deal. Just happened to go into my local AT&T store today and they are still selling them in store for $90.
