The original iPhone cost the equivalent of 747 bucks today ON CONTRACT. And the phone that will be released today is better than computers were back then.

I have no idea what you are babbling about. Every single flagship has gone up in price i believe since last year. Phones simply are NOT the cheapest they've ever been.
