Pretty much a wide box to box midfielder. Most of the time teams use it in a 3 man midfield with the middle player usually a deep lying playmaker or as the Italians call it a regista

My SofaScore app usually shows a 4-4-2 or 4-3-3 for Juve. You’re right, he does tend to play on the right and is for sure a b2b mid. I don’t watch Juve a lot but try to catch their games when I’m free.

You have to take Scally on club form alone at this point, which if that's the case, it's either Yedlin or Cannon that doesn't go. Makes you wonder when making that choice to Gregg favor Cannon's versatility in that he can be a 3rd CB in a back 3 like he has been this season with Boavista or does he favor Yedlin's veteran presence and the fact that he would be the only one with previous World Cup experience (unless Brooks somehow makes a return).

veteran influence is probably underrated, especially with a team this young, but my gut says take Cannon for versatility alone

I trust Cannon’s defending way more than Yedlin. Aside from speed I don’t think Yedlin offers much.
