Best guess of GGG call up
GK Horvath, Steffen, Johnson
FB Dest, Jedi, Yedlin, Bello and Cannon
CB Long, M. Robinson, Zimmerman, Brooks, Ream
CM Adams, Musah, Reyna, de la Torre, Acosta, Busio
Forwards Pulisic, Weah, Aaronson, Sargent, Morris, Pefok,
Balogun
I am torn on the last two forwards. The first five are givens. Pefok is our most inform forward. Can GGG justify not calling him in? Rumors persist that Balogun has submitted his papers and will be called. I am at 26 here and GGG will call one of Roldan or Lleget. Ferreira could also be called up if one of the last two on the forward list is omitted.
If this were my list it would be CCV instead of Ream. CCV will be in the Premier League after the summer. I would definitely call Pefok and start him probably against Panama. I would call Scally instead of Cannon and seriously consider Jonathan Gomez. Roldan and Lleget would not be called in and I would consider bringing in Sands for a backup 6 role. Also Horvath is in form and would start in Azteca.

Yea the criticism I’ve read of Pefok is nearly all his goals come from within 6 yards of goal. When we play Panama at home I would hope we have a lot of service and action happening in close range of the Panamanian goal. So give me the guy currently putting it in the net who brings a little physicality into the box.

Yes he scores a lot with his head. If we are trying to break down a low block, Ferreira might be the best option. At worst Pefok should be there as a plan B.

I don't think Sargent is a given as he was left out last window. You also list Reyna as a MF but GGG has never used him there so Morris could also be out and you could see another MF in

I am hearing Wednesday or Thursday. Thursday would be good because they would see how much PT Reyna gets. I am hearing Johnny Soccer is getting a call. So my guesses are just guesses.
