The article I read said the French League does not allow buy back agreements. Even at that Barcelona can gain his services back at 50% less because of the sell on clause.

Multiple sources tell ESPN that #FCDallas is on the verge of transferring Tanner Tessmann to newly promoted Serie A side @VeneziaFC_EN. I'm told there are still a few details to iron out, but if that happens, it looks like Tessman is headed to Venice.

It looks like the door will be wide open for him to get a lot of playing time. They have a ton of midfielders signed, but most of them don't appear to be that good.
