Who are the favorites to win the 2018 World Cup?

Not sure from a betting perspective. My personal list would look like this though:
Germany
Brazil
France
Argentina
Belgium
I think Brazil will have the best squad in the tournament but can’t bet against the Germans. Lot of Brazilians hitting their peak, but the Germans play like a club team in these tournaments

A European team will win
Non European teams historically do poor in European World Cups
If we are claiming Russia as Europe

I'm a France fan, but I think Germany repeats. France has more talent but Germany is more cohesive bc most of their players play for Bayern Munich. Until France has a competitive pro league, this will be a hindrance.

France has got to be the favorite for me.. So much young talent and some in their prime. I am rooting for England this tournament though so I won't be having fun Lol

I would never bet any money against Germany. Deutschland for the win.

They have a really strong group of players, but I can’t see them advancing past the quarters. Round of 16 will see them facing Colombia or Poland most likely. If they advance past that, then Brazil or Germany would be waiting in the quarters, barring upsets before that. That’s the way the bracket plays out for them. They’ll get a giant in the quarters, of course it plays out for Belgium the same way.

That may be a bet worth making. It's unlikely they'll win, but everyone said that prior to the Euros too.

Because home team Russia is seeded into group as if a #1 pot team.
Uruguay is only decent team in group

That list only has 21 teams...what about the other 11?

Worse odds. That’s all that is relevant/fit in screen shot
