Does FIFA get money from tv ad revenue? Not sure how that works. It was a FIFA decision so I think it's just the broadcast taking advantage of a stoppage as far as the ads are concerned. Kinda like playing commercials during an injury or a pitching change.

Ad money grab but i dont mind them. More coaching during the game has seemed to improve the level of play in my opinion.

Wtf was that NZ defender doing on that goal? He just left his man when the ball was being crossed and ran toward the person crossing it, who was 25 yards away. What a moron.

Probably negotiated as part of the broadcast deal.

If anything I feel like they’ve been lenient when it cornes to giving out cards. I’ve seen several yellow card offenses just called as fouls today.
