re: What team(s) do you follow?

I support the Premier League's youngest club, Chelsea FC. Founded in 2004.

USMNT (because I'm a patriot and I love the best country on earth)
Arsenal (fell in love with the players after many of them took part in France's 2006 World Cup run, then FIFA 07 sealed the deal)

France (it's my adopted country, basically)


I still haven't found an MLS team that really clicks for me. Houston I support tacitly due to proximity (and I've been to a few games). I used to like the galaxy more because of Donovan but they've dropped a lot of good players and replaced them with douches. I'm hoping that the deep south gets a team soon but not holding my breath. I don't like Atlanta as a saints fan but if I end up living in Birmingham then that Atlanta team is only two hours away.

I guess I follow Real Madrid as well, seems I catch most of their matches

Liverpool is the only team I really care about (USMNST on match days)

I really enjoy watching Barca, as well... more so for the play, not the result..

In MLS, I tried to follow Portland (since they joined MLS) and I guess I have a soft spot... but it really hasn't taken

I moved to Chicago and tried to follow the Fire, hasn't really taken...

Stevie G move to LA and I tried to grow an interest... hasn't taken..

I like a lot of South American players, so I tend to keep up with teams they are on.. casually though..
