The FIFA refs aren't held to ANY oversight... ridiculously poorly run. It basically doesn't hold any refs accountable for ANYTHING they decide. They don't even need to comment to the press or the federation for the decisions made in-game.
I'm all for the purity of the game, but you need to be held accountable if you frick up... they aren't
