No speculation as to the lineup?
Who will play on Fabian's side? I'd like to see Brek or Williams.

Coming off the high of Olympic glory, I want a beatdown put on these guys.
Don't think this is the lineup to do it.
I don't know enough about some of these guys - given the age of our usual defenders, I'm hoping this is a tryout of some younger athletic defenders. Medicos speed on attack has given us problems the last few years.
Now is yhe time to figure out who can help. I don't wan to head into the WC with four or five 30+ year olds, johnson, lichaj and Cameron as our main defense. Need some more youth and athletecism.

Brek. The Williams as a winger experiment needs to die a quick death. As for a starting 11, here is who I would start (not necessarily Klinsy):
Boyd
Donovan-Torres-Gomez
Williams-Jones
Johnson-Cameron-Besler-Beithasour
Safehands
That said, Klinsmann will probably go full retard and put Williams on the wing and start Zusi, Beckerdreads, Fiscal, and Castillo.
I would love to see Beasley, Corona, and even Wondo get a look, in addition to those I've posted.
According to Ives, Edu is set to start at CB. So then there's that...
U.S. TRAVEL ROSTER BY POSITION
GOALKEEPERS (3): Tim Howard (Everton), Sean Johnson (Chicago Fire), Nick Rimando (Real Salt Lake)
DEFENDERS (6): Matt Besler (Sporting Kansas City), Steven Beithasour (San Jose Earthquakes), Geoff Cameron (Stoke City), Edgar Castillo (Club Tijuana), Michael Orozco Fiscal (San Luis), Fabian Johnson (Hoffenheim)
MIDFIELDERS (9): DaMarcus Beasley (Puebla), Kyle Beckerman (Real Salt Lake), Joe Corona (Club Tijuana), Maurice Edu (Rangers), Jermaine Jones (Schalke 04), Jose Torres (Pachuca), Brek Shea (FC Dallas), Danny Williams (Hoffenheim), Graham Zusi (Sporting Kansas City)
FORWARDS (4): Terrence Boyd (Rapid Vienna), Landon Donovan (LA Galaxy), Herculez Gomez (Santos), Chris Wondolowski (San Jose Earthquakes)

I lik your lineup, with the exception of Gomez in that role. I'd put Corona there. Or switch Landy and play Shea on the left.

I think we'll need the extra defense he can provide in this particular match. I don't think we'll see Donovan, Gomez, and Boyd playing together.
Beckerman played well against Mexico last year. My guess is he'll start next to Jones, who'll be in Bradley's role.
Howard
3 defenders + Johnson
Beckermann, Jones
Williams, Torres
Donovan
Gomez
