Good Rogers is super fast, tricky and has a hell of a shot.

Bad Rogers is like a smaller, drunken Sacha Kljestan.

Good assessment, but I think Sacha is cooler under pressure. Robbie looked like Ryan Leaf out there against Holland. And no, I don't know exactly what that means.

Here's 20 bucks. Someone bring me the head of Brian Ching.

Dempsey is really an attacking midfielder/winger, but he has such a great eye for goal that he's our best striker.

Make it 50 and I'll bring Findley's legs too.

So other than Davies, who else was snubbed in your opinion?

Castillo?
Marvell Wynne? (he does have a cool name)
Hejduk?
Casey? (haha, apparently not on the roster thankfully)

Nobody. We aren't Brazil.

I don't see why everyone is up in arms. Oh nooooo, the horribly injured guy didn't make it! Oh nooooo, the hyped to the moon midget didn't make it! Oh noooo, the guy with the long stoner dreadlocks didn't make it!

Not exactly Ronaldinho or Diego.

It's not a bitching question, more of, "Is there more US talent out there?" No we aren't Brazil, but that doesn't matter...what players can we suit up that can play against Brazil is the question. They aren't unbeatable.

I'd agree, there's maybe one or two guys that could have had a spot instead, but yeah we pretty much have the best 30 available on this list.

Hey man Beckerman fulfills our "God that dude smokes a lot of weed" demographic. I guess we could put Klejstan in that mold, but does he really stand up to legends like Alexi Lalas and Frankie Hejduk?

freddy.

he needs to play in every usa camp that he possibly can. he at least could be good enough to make a difference at some point, while some of these other guys just have no chance. freddy is probably the most technical player in our pool and is only 20 years old. robbie rogers, for example, is the absolute worst fricking player and does not deserve this.

would freddy make the team? no, probably not. but he's a guy that actually needs to be in camp getting looks and being motivated to play for the national team.

When Kljestan has the long hair and stash, he challenges the pot smoking legends.
