Yeah, there is an awesome alternate universe where they play these games in college football stadiums. But, like you said, they’re too narrow. And probably a million logistical issues I’m not thinking about.

The bathrooms in the show are a disaster. And the concourses are too narrow for a professional environment.
It could be done, Ohio State makes it work. But it's not optimal. Would be crazy awesome though.
