Will be interesting if we finally get a tactical adjustment at half time unlike previous match ups vs Mexico with Gregg

2 goals and a VAR and only 1 minute of extra time? Not that I’m complaining we need out of the half

said it the other day, the spine of our team is weak, especially with Adams out.

These games have shown us that a back up six for Adams may be a bigger priority for us than figuring out our forward situation.

Steffen should have saved that goal.

But mckenzie is garbage. Acosta at least is finding something....not much though.

Basically, without tyler Adams we are fricked.

People gonna bitch about our attacking players, but they're only being fed 50/50 balls

Yup bc the back and midfield is too slow on the ball trying to play possession football

The second they feel pressure they feed a bad pass most the time resulting in a turnover

All said, we created some chances, and played on the front foot for the middle of the half. Beginning and end of it, not so much.

After watching Kante run shite for the last month, I’ve come to appreciate the position more than ever.

Mckenzie Horrific
Ream Terrible
Acosta Bad
Pulisic definitely struggling.

Dest had flashes... Gio had a good half.

I love how Weston plays.

How many subs in this thing - 3?

It’s shown us these tactics are all wrong

Especially when depending on one player so much

Too many poor passes. There are holes present because of Mexico's pressure, but we don't have the quality and composure to take advantage.

Gregg has designed our 4-3-3 formation around having someone like Adams and it doesn’t work with anyone else right now.

MM has to get subbed.
Acosta was non existent
We have some spark offensively especially when we link Gio and Weston.

Said before the game that I'd like to see a 6. Acosta is just a much worse version of McKennie so I don't see his purpose in this match. He's not even really breaking up counters. Not good on the ball. I'd like to see a sub to start the second half.

We are lucky the match wasn’t over the first 15 mins

Hopefully we make adjustments at half and force Mexico into some problems
