Miami could force some changes, maybe add another DP or two plus maybe a big increase to roster salaries. That will help a lot.

You need to be very careful about salaries because that is the problem that the Mexican league has salaries are so high that the promising youngsters have no incentive to go to Europe.

Once they turn 16 for some and 18 for others it’s actually not that hard anymore

Euro clubs are all about snatching up American players

Owners already voted that down

Since Messi arrived? Haven’t heard that. Got a source?

It was voted down when the season started

They already had a good idea if Messi was going to happen after they had already agreed to all pay his wages which is an issue already

Josh Wolff was bitching about it big time when the season started that the owners are too cheap to expand squad sizes

No way. Saudi can't even grab up all the aging stars with ridiculous salaries. Even with relatively close salaries they will opt for Europe because it's where they will further their career.

And Mexico discourages their players from going to Europe, it's not just the money. It's corruption.

Impressive how GGG only has to be in the stadium and we struggle to score.

They are getting players in their prime

We can’t compete with those wages or transfer fees

Many go over. Most flame out and then don’t even play domestically after. I know this is a crazy concept for you but for some MLS is a decent springboard to Europe after getting consistent playtime as a young player.

This team looks like a bunch of guys who have never played with each other playing against dudes who play in better leagues.

Silva is on the verge of joining, same with Mendy

All of them would be the best players at their position in the league

MLS can’t compete with that
