I enjoy the Czech habit of surnames featuring their nationality.

It's all fun and games until Keisuke Honda comes in to take a corner for your team.

I loved that Honda corner. It was incredible that he could kick a ball that high, whether he was trying or not.

Just let me know when this guy comes on for the Republic.

Jones-Bradley-Diskerud would have been a more proactive midfield three during the World Cup than Beckerman-Jones-Bradley.
The more I think about the World Cup, the more I'm irritated about how useless we were tactically after Jozy's injury.

Gyau's passing today (red means errant pass):
eta - we're attacking the top goal.

Gyau looked studly that half. Mix distributed well. Where was Joe Corona?

Ultra fun half to watch. It was pretty crazy seeing this young team play such dangerous football. We're dictating the game in terms of speed. Gyau needs to calm down a little, but overall, he looks pretty damn good. Kid's stupid quick. Julian had some terrible corners and a bad giveaway, but overall, I think he's looked pretty good. I can't wait to see him after he's got some first team minutes and is comfortable at this level. When he stops trying to prove to himself that he belongs there, he'll be great.

Three of those are crosses, one of which Jozy might have attacked better.

Are y'all serious?

He's fast and athletic but his only option is to stop and pass it backwards. I'm not sure what everyone is seeing.

Did Gyau frick your bitch or something? Goddamn
Posted on 9/3/14 at 2:11 pm to hendersonshands
I think you are the only person who didn't think Gyau looked good. You must have come into the game with dislike for him. That's the only reason to say he has looked poor.
