I know it’s crazy but it is just now sinking in that we are going to win this thing.

Win at Goodison then we play for the championship at Anfield against CP.

Assuming City don't drop any more points... not unrealistic to think we may be playing to clinch at Goodison

Good chance City puts all chips on the UCL and drops one of the next two. We clinch at Goodison.

Though unlikely, it's possible that we can clinch without playing another game. City just has to lose to Arsenal on Wednesday (possible) and Burnley on Saturday (highly unlikely). We don't play again until Monday.

I think it's truly starting to sink in that this is done and dusted... like a few weeks ago I knew logically that it was done, but there was still that lingering nervousness in the back of my mind, but that's gone now, we're going to get to see Jordan Henderson lift the Premier League trophy

I shouldn't feel this way, but I have no confidence going into wednesday. The shithousery will be out in full force and they're going to put 11 behind the ball and hope to steal one on a set piece.

The yellow cards for theatrics need to come out early if we want to compete in a proper match

Same. Down 1-0 aggregate to a team like Atleti is a terrible place to be.

Agree. That early goal in the first leg was the worst possible thing that could have happened.

Only effective if the ref lets them get away with it.

Unfortunately, refs generally do let them get away with it rather than taking control of it.

We wrap up the league early will be get 5-6 walks of honor out of the tunnel each week remaining. They are always awkward. I'll take them though

Gotta hope the refs are affected by Anfield. I expect they will be.

As much people talk about Barca last year, I still remember Dortmund more for the affect Anfield had. Barca still a greater achievement and I love it more but I remember Dortmund scoring and thinking we’re done. The Kop truly sucked lovren’s goal in. Can’t wait for Wednesday, we get to put another notch on the belt.

I screamed at Sturridge as he mishandle the free kick, and apologized after he begged the defender on his pass to set up the cross effort for Lovren.

This makes me want to rewatch that match. Know where my day will be lost.
